We all feel helpless right now, especially as far away as we are from Minnesota. Friday, across the country, people are standing with that state in support of the vast community outpouring of resources, time, and love. We'd like to offer you ways to contribute financially, as we obviously can't be there in person to prepare and deliver food to immigrants too terrified to leave their homes to work, go to school, or buy diapers.

This is an URGENT request from Indivisible!! We have a serious opportunity in the next two weeks to restrict funding for ICE - including some of the money passed in the Big Beautiful Bill. According to Indivisible National, the upcoming DHS appropriations bill needs SIXTY votes to pass in the Senate; great news for us.

Durango City Council and Durango Police Department have contracted for a surveillance system throughout Durango. They say it just reads license plates, but information is shared with ICE. Ending this surveillance state depends on our action NOW to prevent renewal of any contracts!
