About the event
The Southwest Colorado Bar Association (our local attorney organization) is planning this Rally to emphasize the importance of - and to show our support for - the Rule of Law, the U.S. Constitution and our Judicial system. Bring signs supporting the Rule of Law, the U.S. Constitution, the Judicial System and Judges. The event will start with a re- administration of Oath for attorneys and readings from the U.S. Constitution. Then we will hear from 4-5 speakers, lawyers and retired Judges, about why our Judicial system and the Rule of Law matter. After the event, we will walk to Congressman Hurd's office on 2nd Ave, and peacefully exercise our 1st Amendment rights and make our voices heard.
