INDIVISIBLE DURANGO IN THE 4TH OF JULY PARADE AS CLIMATE CHAMPIONS

July 4, 2025. Durango

Indivisible Durango marched in the Fourth of July parade as part of the “Climate Champions” group organized by Citizens’ Climate Lobby (“CCL”).  The theme of the 4th of July Parade was “Wet and Wild” and the CCL theme was “Free to Save our Oceans”.  CCL and Indivisible Durango wanted to show that there are many local organizations concerned about the climate. The majority of Americans are concerned about the climate. We aim to demonstrate that they are not alone.

N0 KINGS! NO CROWNS! KICK OUT THE CLOWNS!

June 14, 2025. Durango

Huge turnout in Durango for the June 14th "No Kings" march and rally. The paper counted 2,688 marchers and that did not include the folks who did not march, but choose to just show up at park for the rally.

Thank you to ALL of the volunteers who were street monitors, manned tables, helped with set up and take down, and those who donated to help defray costs of permits, etc.  We could not make this happen without ALL of you!

With much gratitude, your Indivisible Durango Team
