Protest to Protect our Public Lands - August 11, 2026

We found out at the last minute that Rep. Jeff Hurd was in town and we were able to organize a protest against what he and the Congressional Western caucus are doing to Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments. We had a good turnout at our sign waving and made sure that he knows that we want him to Protect our Public Lands and that he hurt us by voting for HR 1 (the "BBB").
